SBMC offers a brand-new GMP cleanroom facility designed to accelerate your biomedical manufacturing journey. Whether you’re scaling up a biodegradable implant, refining a new medical device, or testing advanced biomaterials, our cleanrooms provide the infrastructure and flexibility you need — without the overhead of building your own.
Cleanrooms Designed for Pilot Production and Beyond
Our pilot production facility offers 400 m² of cleanroom space, built to meet ISO 6 and ISO 7 standards. All rooms are temperature- and humidity-controlled, equipped with 5.0 gas lines, and tailored to support clinical-grade production.
Cleanroom Overview:
- Cleanroom C1 (ISO 6 – 58 m²): With 2 fume hoods, ideal for high-precision, chemical-intensive processes
- Cleanroom C2 (ISO 7 – 43 m²): Compact and efficient for controlled batch production
- Cleanroom C3 (ISO 7 – 53 m²): Optimized for flexibility and compliance
- Cleanroom C4 (ISO 6 – 112 m²): Large-scale cleanroom for scaling biomedical prototypes to clinical trials
All cleanrooms support Argon, Nitrogen, and CCA gas supply, and maintain strict air pressure differentials for contamination control.

- Access via personal and material airlocks (PALs/MALs)
- Shared technical spaces to house sensitive equipment outside clean zones
- Dedicated QC lab, storage rooms, and communal washing areas
- Monitoring of temperature (18–22°C), humidity (30–60%), and particulate levels
