We are very honoured to receive a Singaporean delegation from A*STAR – Agency for Science, Technology and Research and SGInnovate. The visit was organized by Brainport Development, introducing MedTech Hub Brainport as a hotspot for innovation collaboration. A*Star and SGInnovate intend to scale up research and innovations in MedTech and LSH from Singapore in Europe and are looking for partners.
We discussed the proposition of SBMC and the interfaces with companies’ operations in Singapore and the opportunities for start-ups to take advantage of the SBMC facilities. We identified the need for online knowledge sharing through webinars, for example.
Also SBMC partner FUJIFILM Healthcare EMEA presented their activities in life sciences. It was a great pleasure welcoming this delegation and we look forward to continue these contacts.
